These terms cover your use of airforge.io. They are short because the site is informational: it describes Airforge and its products, publishes notes, and (when enabled) accepts requests to join the Axial preview waitlist. Nothing on this site is sold, and no payment is involved.

The site is informational

Content on this site describes our products and thinking as accurately as we can, but it is provided as-is. We do not warrant that any page is complete, current, or error-free, and content may change or be removed without notice.

Axial is a controlled-access preview. Its behavior, interfaces, and contracts may change between what a page describes and what the preview provides. Nothing on this site is a promise of availability, support, features, or timelines.

The waitlist is a request, not a grant

Joining the Axial preview waitlist records your interest. It does not guarantee access, create an account, or form any commercial agreement. We decide when and whether to grant preview access, and no payment is requested or accepted for it. How your submitted email is handled is described in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Use the site as a visitor. Do not:

• Attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it
• Submit automated, bulk, or false waitlist entries, or entries for email addresses you do not control
• Scrape the site in a way that burdens it or misrepresents its content
• Use the site for anything unlawful

We may block access that violates these terms.

Intellectual property

The content of this site (text, design, diagrams, and marks, including the Airforge and Axial names) is owned by 1648929 Alberta Inc., doing business as Airforge. You may read, link to, and quote the site with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions or use our marks in a way that suggests affiliation or endorsement without permission.

Limitation of liability

You use this site at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, 1648929 Alberta Inc. is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Because the site is free and informational, any liability we do have is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted here, with an updated effective date. The current version is always at this address.
