Airforge / legal

Privacy

Effective date: 2026-07-13

This page describes what airforge.io collects, what it does not, and what happens to anything you give us. It is short because the site does very little with your data on purpose.

Who operates this site

airforge.io is operated by 1648929 Alberta Inc., doing business as Airforge, a corporation in Alberta, Canada. For anything about your data, write to privacy@airforge.io. For everything else, write to hello@airforge.io. Both addresses are monitored.

What we collect

Two things, and only two things.

Hosting-layer request logs. The site is served as static files by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes visitor requests as our host and content delivery network, and aggregate request logs exist at that hosting layer: the ordinary record any web server keeps of the requests it answers. We use this aggregate data to keep the site working. We do not build visitor profiles from it.

Your email address, if you join the Axial preview waitlist. The waitlist form collects one field: an email address. It is submitted to a first-party endpoint on airforge.io and stored in a database owned and controlled by us (a Cloudflare D1 database). The form also includes a hidden honeypot field and rate limiting to reject automated submissions; these controls store nothing about legitimate visitors.

That is the complete list. If you never submit the form, we hold no data about you individually.

What we do not collect

The site ships no client-side analytics and no tracking of any kind. Specifically, there are no:

  • Cookies
  • Analytics scripts or page-view beacons
  • Advertising pixels or advertising identifiers
  • Session replay
  • Fingerprinting
  • Cross-site identifiers
  • Third-party embeds, fonts, or scripts (every asset is served from airforge.io itself)

There is no consent banner because nothing on the site requires consent. We do not sell or share visitor data with anyone. When we want to learn whether the site works, we run moderated research sessions with volunteers and read the aggregate hosting data described above, not trackers.

How waitlist emails are used

A waitlist email is used for exactly one purpose: to grant access to the Axial preview and to communicate with you about that access. It is not added to a marketing list, not shared, and not sold.

How long we keep it

Waitlist entries are kept for the duration of the preview program and deleted when it ends. You can have your entry deleted sooner at any time (see below).

Your choices

  • Deletion. Email privacy@airforge.io from the address you submitted and we will delete your waitlist entry.
  • Questions. Ask privacy@airforge.io anything about how your data is handled.

Because the site collects nothing else about you, there is nothing else to opt out of.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change (for example, if a future feature collects something new), we will update this page and its effective date before the change takes effect. The current version is always at this address.
