Airforge / about

Airforge is an independent software studio.

Airforge builds rigorous tools for work shared by people and software agents. It focuses on the layer between intent and execution: the state, ownership, and evidence complicated work needs to remain coherent.

Changed conditions

Execution is only part of the work.

Modern work moves through delegation, interruption, partial progress, review, and handoff. Software agents can perform more of that work, but execution alone does not preserve context or make ownership clear. Airforge builds for the coordination layer those workflows depend on.

Why Axial

Coordination makes the problem concrete.

Axial is the first Airforge product because shared work exposes exact requirements. Claims must be atomic. Conflicts must be visible. Activity must identify its actor. Output must remain dependable enough for another system to act on it.

Working method

Small surfaces. Explicit guarantees.

Airforge favors deterministic behavior, local agency, complete export, and a small number of durable concepts. It avoids decorative complexity when stronger contracts can do the work instead.
